This morning I got up, made myself a coffee and noticed a new release alert on my Spotify account! Ever Onward new single Sunrise, Sunset, was one of the top songs on my release radar, so I proceeded listening while drinking my americano! WOW what a treat it was! I instantly felt a calming sensation. I’ll admit I loved it so much that I felt like I needed to add the song to one of playlists. In case you don’t know and want to have a look, the name of the playlist is Post Rock escape on Spotify. Ok ! let’s go back to the review now ha-ha! The song is in no doubt well produced! The song mix is clear & well balanced. The reverb effect on the guitar is beautifully paired with the synths which creates a dreamy atmosphere. it is unquestionable that Colin Berardini from Ever Onward is one of the best underrated post-rock artists at this moment!
